  • 5.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
  • 5.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers.
  • 5.3 We collaborate with Colissimo, Chronopost, and DHL for order shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • 6.1 You have a period of 30 days after receipt to return an item.
  • 6.2 Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and tags.
  • 6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 6.4 Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
